What should be the limits to freedom of expression in Canadian universities?
As culture wars continue to engulf universities, important questions about the limits of expressive freedom on campus have become hot topics. Are rights different for faculty, staff, students, and administrators? Do different limits apply in the quad, in classrooms, in student residences? Do academic freedom and freedom of expression mean different things? Do the Canadian Charter and the Quebec Charter apply?
