Waseem Munir

Waseem Munir is pursuing his Bachelors of Social Work at Toronto Metropolitan University and is in his second year (2020-2021). He previously acquired a masters equivalent in Islamic Law and Theology from the Academy of Sacred Knowledge situated in Chatham, Ontario. Waseem currently engages with the public at his local mosque and community centre addressing many social issues including ethics, poverty, inequality, justice, community support, and more. He hopes to establish a career that advocates for social justice and public well being.
