Waseem Munir holds a Master of Social Work from York University, having previously completed his Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University. Additionally, he earned a master's equivalent in Islamic Law and Theology from the Academy of Sacred Knowledge in Chatham, Ontario. Waseem actively engages with the public at his local mosque and community center, addressing various social issues, including ethics, poverty, inequality, justice, and community support. He also dedicates his efforts to mental well-being through his involvement at the Khalil Center, a holistic mental health service center that provides subsidized support for those in need. Overall, Waseem's focus is on advocating for social justice and public well-being.
