Josephine Winsor

Josephine Winsor is working on her LL.M. at Osgoode Law School at York University. Previously, she received her J.D. with Distinction at the University of Toronto Law School where she received a number of awards including the Patricia Julia Myhal Scholarship for Excellence in Legal Writing; the Lily Rubenstein Prize; and the Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP Award.

She has a B.A., Honours Specialization in English and Cultural Studies¸ from Huron at Western University.

In 2025-26, Josie was Editor-in-Chief of the University of Toronto Indigenous Law Journal, and Senior Publications Editor of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review.
