Charles Tarini is a law student at Université Laval with a strong commitment to public service, community engagement, and environmental advocacy. He works as a policy advisor at Quebec’s Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and does research for the CFE during his full-time law studies. Once President of the Collège André-Grasset Student Union, he represented student interests and fostered many initiatives. Passionate about climate action, he has been published in Le Devoir and has volunteered at Université Laval’s Bureau d’information juridique (BIJ), which provides free legal research and information to the public, helping individuals navigate legal challenges.
