Bonnie Bidgoli is the Senior Director, Employee Conduct, for Royal Bank of Canada. In this role, Bonnie sets global standards and frameworks related to whistleblowing, investigations and employee conduct.  In addition, Bonnie assists on delivering key Employee Relations accountabilities, including reporting to Boards, business and functional segments. 

Bonnie is AWI certified, with almost 20 years of legal and HR experience.  Prior to joining RBC, Bonnie worked at the Bank of Nova Scotia where she led extensive investigations, at Corus Entertainment as their Head of Ethics, Conduct, and Employment Law.

Bonnie has a B. Comm and B.A. in Political Science from Queen’s University, a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from University of Toronto, and completed her legal studies at Dalhousie University, specializing in Labour, Employment and Business Law.
