Andrea Cecchetto

Andrea Cecchetto is Chair of the Canadian Federation of Library Associations. She is also Director of Service Excellence at Markham Public Library where she is responsible for public service, facilities management, and operations, as well as organizational development, learning and growth, risk management, service design and implementation, research and evaluation, and digital literacy.  Andrea holds an MLIS from the University of Western Ontario, Masters Certification in Organizational Development and Change Management fromYork University's Schulich School of Business, and a Masters of Public Administration from Queens University. Andrea is a past president of the Ontario Library Association (2020 & 2021), and a member of the North American Regional Division of the International Federation of Library Associations.
